The UHS Foundation and Alumni Association supports the needs of University High School as it continues to be one of the premiere public college preparatory institutions in America. The organization also acts as the official Alumni Association for UHS and Special Projects alumni. Money raised by UHSFAA is used to fund projects dedicated to UHS and to create a long-term endowment for the school. Teachers may apply for funds for new technology, supplies or classroom resources.

Students compete to get into University High School because they know they will receive a top-notch college preparatory education and also a well-rounded high school experience. However, University High School needs your help to maintain its excellence. The UHS Foundation and Alumni Association (UHSFAA) is a non-profit foundation that exists for the purpose of supporting the short- and long-term needs of University High School.

Date: May 8th and 10th 5:45 - 8:30pm at UHS Tucson, Arizona

Volunteer Opportunities for AlumniLocal alumni: Family 2 Family event: May 8th and 10th., 5:45 - 8:30. Spend a few hours one night meeting and greeting UHS students and families going through the college application process. As an alum of the school you will share experiences and give support.
Be on the Board of Directors. Make a commitment to monthly meetings, a personal financial commitment and committee work.
UHS Site Council is the formal governing board for UHS. The Foundation must fill three representative seats each year. Attend these meetings and report back to our Board. Click here for application.
Outside Tucson alumni: Volunteering opportunities
Webmaster: A website expert who knows Word Press.
Sit on a review committee to determine awards. This is a quarterly meeting to review applications for the TTT fund and the Pilote scholarship fund.
Host a house party for fellow UHS alumni in your city to raise awareness and funds. Penguins in San Francisco, New York, Phoenix, Washington D.C., Chicago. Contact us for guidance on putting together a friend raiser in your area.
